How quickly will you get back to me?
We aim to reply to enquiries within one working day. If your deal is expiring or you're in a chain with a deadline, say so in your message and we'll prioritise it.
Will contacting you affect my credit score?
No. An initial conversation involves no credit search whatsoever. Nothing touches your credit file until you've agreed to proceed with an application, and we'll always tell you before that happens.
What should I have ready for the first call?
Nothing formal. A rough idea of your income, any deposit you have, and what's currently blocking you is plenty. Documents come later, once we know which lenders make sense.
Do I have to come to an office?
No. Most people prefer phone or video, and we can do everything that way. If you'd rather meet in person locally around Doncaster, that can usually be arranged.
